Cancellations within 48 business hours prior to departure are non-refundable. $20 per person fee plus cost for tickets, meals and other non-recoverable expenses. We reserve the right to assign seats when necessary.ĬERTIFICATES/REWARDS/CREDIT: If you have a gift card/certificate, travel club reward or on account credit, we ask that reservations are made through the telephone or in store.ĬANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be called-in during regular business hours, Monday – Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm. We encourage you to book early to accommodate any special needs and to assure that members of your party will be seated together.
